2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're outside these areas, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to expand soon.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping (7-14 business days: $15). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after dispatch, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Note that processing time is separate from transit time.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@lemot.shop. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
